Mahayana Christianity was a religion, either a combination of Christianity and Mahayana Buddhism, or a type of neo-Christianity where Jesus was the original Christ or Messiah, but was followed by other so-called Christs or Messiahs.
Parts of its doctrine passed into the Orange Catholic Bible.
