The Laza Tiger was a powerful feline predator which was able to survive in harsh environments. As a result it was found, at least occasionally, on both Arrakis and Salusa Secundus.
Two laza tigers were used by House Corrino in a failed attempt to assassinate the Atreides twins Leto II and Ghanima on Arrakis.
